Taught by Punk Rope founder, Tim Haft, MoshFit is a blend of fun and creative bodyweight exercises fueled by an ever-changing punk rock soundtrack. Improve your cardio, strength, agility, and flexibility, while burning a ton of calories. And don’t worry, the workout is perfectly safe. Save your stage diving and slam dancing for actual punk shows.
MoshFit is appropriate for exercisers of all fitness levels. You’ll work at your own pace and if a movement doesn’t feel right we’ll offer you a safe alternative. Space is limited to ensure you receive plenty of individual attention.
Since we’re all about staying hydrated and building community, class is followed by a special happy hour.
