If you like a generous helping of rock and roll with your workout, then MoshFit is perfect for you.

MoshFit consists of a variety of highly effective bodyweight exercises that will improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength, agility, power, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Oh, and you’ll burn a sh*tload of calories in the process.

MoshFit is appropriate for exercisers of all fitness levels from recovering couch potatoes to competitive athletes. You’ll go at your own pace and if a movement doesn’t feel right we’ll offer you a safe substitute.

The class is a blend of creative and traditional body weight movements including lunges, squats, push-ups, planks, plyometrics, and much more.
MoshFit helps to improve cardiovascular conditioning, power, strength, agility, coordination, and balance. The average adult will burn approximately 400-500 calories per class.
While some of the movements are intense, we’ll make the class as safe for you as possible and offer modifications when necessary.
If you have an injury, it’s always best to check with your physician before beginning any new physical activity, especially a vigorous one like MoshFit.
Wear supportive sneakers and comfortable workout clothes and bring water and a yoga mat.
We like to mix it up, but expect to hear plenty of classic punk rock and feel free to make requests.
