Taught by Punk Rope founder, Tim Haft, MoshFit is a fun and creative punk rock-fueled workout that improves cardio, strength, agility, and flexibility, while burning a ton of calories. And don’t worry, there’s no stage diving or slam dancing!
MoshFit is appropriate for exercisers of all fitness levels. You’ll work at your own pace and if a movement doesn’t feel right we’ll offer you a safe alternative. Space is limited to ensure you receive plenty of individual attention.
