55-minute Punk Rope fitness class featuring jump rope, calisthenics, and resistance tube exercises fueled by an ever-changing punk rock soundtrack. All fitness levels welcome. Jump ropes and tubes are provided. Capacity is 6 students. Pre-registration is required.
