60-minute Punk Rope fitness class featuring rope jumping and creative conditioning drills fueled by an ever-changing high-energy soundtrack. All fitness levels are welcome. Jump ropes are provided. Feel free to bring a yoga mat. Maximum capacity is 12 students. If no slots are left for the date you’ve selected please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on the waiting list.
