55-minute Punk Rope fitness class featuring rope jumping, calisthenics, and resistance tubing exercises fueled by an ever-changing punk rock soundtrack. All fitness levels are welcome. Jump ropes and tubing are provided. Feel free to bring a yoga mat. Maximum capacity is 8 students. Pre-registration is highly recommended. You can transfer your registration to a friend but there are no refunds. Post-class happy hour (all drafts and well drinks are $4) until 8:30pm.
