WHO IS THIS FOR?
Private jump rope lessons are ideal for beginning to intermediate jumpers who want guidance from an experienced, skilled, patient, and kind coach with superior diagnostic ability.
Improve your jumping skill as well as your strength, mobility, endurance, power, speed, and general fitness. A custom-sized jump rope is included with your first lesson.
Both Tim and Shana focus primarily on the fitness aspects of rope jumping. We can teach you a variety of steps including the side swing, boxer, playground hop, scissors, side straddle, cross, double under, and many more.
We conduct our lessons at a semi-private outdoor fitness playground in Manhattan’s East Village so they are weather dependent.
We also offer personal training at our well-equipped home studio in Manhattan to help you improve your strength, cardio, mobility, and more.
If you prefer to train at your home or at a different location, please contact us to discuss as we charge a premium for travel.
