$129.00

Whether you’re interested in teaching jump rope to clients friends, or family; hope to launch a jump rope class, or are simply trying to level up your own jump rope game, the Jump Rope Instructor Home Study Certification can help you achieve your professional and personal goals. That’s why it’s been the jump rope certification of choice around the globe since 2005.

The emphasis of the certification is on educating others to get the most benefit possible from jumping rope. For nearly two decades we’ve used the lessons you’ll learn in this course to successfully share jump rope with people of all ages and fitness levels. And our students have included individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and autism.

In addition to earning a credential sanctioned by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Athletics & Fitness Association of America, you’ll learn how to teach others to select and size a rope, prevent injuries, properly grip and turn a rope, detect and correct the most common jump rope mistakes, and perform 15 of the most effective jump rope steps to improve cardio, strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and body composition.

Those who complete the certification are entitled to a listing on the coaches’ page of the Punk Rope website. Successful candidates will also receive CECs from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, .9 CEUs) and AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America, 9 CEUs).
